Hey, I’m Alejandro, a Videographer based in Long Island, New York. I was born and raised in Peru but I have called Long Island home for the past 11 years. I thrive on capturing those genuine moments that truly matter – from contagious laughter to tears of joy. My ultimate goal is to freeze these emotions and make life’s special moments last forever. 01. Before your Event
After our initial call, regular contact will be maintained so as to ensure your satisfaction with all the details we’ve discussed. You can be sure that all the nitty-gritty details we’ve covered are addressed because your happiness is of utmost importance, and I’ll be readily available to address any questions or concerns you might have about your video.
02. Leading up to your Event
As a professional videographer, as your event draws near, I’ll be diligently ensuring that everything is meticulously set up so as to capture the moments you’ll treasure. Not only carefully planning camera angles but also skillfully scouting the perfect locations. I’ll be working tirelessly behind the scenes to create an atmosphere where you can relax and eagerly anticipate the upcoming event.
03. After your Event
When the event wraps up, my job is far from over. Afterwards I’ll thoroughly go through the footage, selecting the best shots and crafting a visual masterpiece that tells your story in order for you to get the very best footage from your day. Expect the excitement to continue as I work my magic in post-production in order yo ensure your memories are polished and ready to be relived.

Questions
Can we choose our own music?
If you would like a specific song we will consider your choice but we pride ourselves in our song selections therefore we will also choose music that we think will fit your wedding story.
Can we make changes?
You can make changes within reason. You have seen our work and you like our style so you have an idea of what we will produce. However we want it to be perfect for you and there maybe a shot you want replaced, etc. So we are more than happy to do this to ensure it is just right for you.
How do we get our films?
We will email you a Dropbox link for the digital delivery of your event stories.
Where are you located? Do you travel?
We're based in Long Island, New York and yes of course, we love to travel all over our beautiful country as well as destinations all over the world. Anywhere you need and want us.
What’s your turnaround?
Depending on the project the turn around time will vary. Easier films are delivered within the first 2 weeks after the event, with more detailed projects getting delivered about 8-10 weeks after the event.
How does the payment process work?
A signed copy of AZ Media Creations Invoice and a 50% deposit secures your date. Please note that this is a non-refundable deposit. Balance of the payment is to be paid in full 7 days before your event. All footage remains property of AZ Media Creations, footage will be deleted 2 months after delivery of your film.
